Piece de Resistance: Black & White Striped Rug

I love the striped black & white Madeline Weinrib rug in the Room of the Week.  It’s a bold graphic choice that pairs well with both the softer furnishings and the contemporary artwork.  This particular rug has become somewhat of a decorating favorite the last few years, so even if you can’t afford the real thing or if you like the colors but not necessarily the pattern there are lots and lots of options to choose from.
